Partner Intelligence™

We don't just collect materials. We help them reach the right next life.

Cleaner materials. Better decisions. Better recovery. Circular Materials connects businesses, collectors and recovery partners around one thing reprocessors actually care about — the quality of what arrives.

Why partners work with us

A reprocessor's biggest cost isn't material. It's what shouldn't be in it.

We don't reprocess, and we don't intend to. We sit upstream — at the service door — where contamination is created and can still be prevented. Every load we send is described before it arrives: material, weight, contamination, photographs and the grade we believe it meets.

Recovery partner network

Every material has a right destination. We keep track of who it is.

Glass reprocessors

Remelt-grade cullet, colour separated where possible.

Plastic recyclers

Rigid and film streams, sorted by polymer.

Cardboard mills

Dry, flattened, free of food and film.

Metal recyclers

Cans, foil, catering metals and mixed light scrap.

Food recovery

Surplus routed to people before processing.

Composting

Clean organics without packaging fragments.

Anaerobic digestion

Energy-dense food streams, depackaged.

Textile recovery

Uniforms, linens, workwear.

Electronics recycling

Small commercial WEEE and back-of-house kit.

Partner profile

Recorded once. Verified by a person. Never guessed.

Nothing is published without founder approval, and every profile carries a confidence level and a last-verified date so nobody routes a load on stale information.

Material Quality Score

Seven things recorded at the kerb become one number partners can trust.

Material

What the load is made of.

Estimated weight

Recorded at collection.

Contamination

What shouldn't be in there.

Photographs

Evidence, not opinion.

Collection source

Site type and back-of-house setup.

Recommended destination

The best-matched recovery partner.

Outcome

What actually happened to the load.

Collection intelligence

Advice that reaches the site before the load reaches the plant.

"This load contains excessive contamination."

"Remove ceramics before delivery."

"Separate lids."

"Glass suitable for remelt."

"Requires additional sorting."

"Colour separation would raise the grade."

Material Reality™

Every photograph should eventually answer seven questions.

📷 Try it now
  • What is it?
  • What material is it?
  • How clean is it?
  • Can it be repaired?
  • Can it be reused?
  • Can it be recycled?
  • Which recovery partner is most appropriate?

Founder observations

  • Hospitality glass usually contains metal caps.
  • Colour separation improves quality.
  • Ceramics frequently contaminate loads.

Observations sharpen our recommendations, but they never override a partner's official specification. Most glass processors accept bottles and jars only — ceramics, Pyrex and window glass damage the remelt process and stay out of the load.

Partner dashboard

Learning is anonymous and aggregated. Customer identities never leave our side of the network.
